The Role
We are looking for hands-on Warehouse Managers who can run high-efficiency warehouse operations across inbound, inventory, dispatch, and fulfillment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving operational environments and enjoys building discipline, speed, and accuracy on the warehouse floor.
You will work closely with operations, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure smooth material movement and customer fulfillment.
What You’ll Own
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock movement
- Oversee inwarding, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
- Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams for timely fulfillment
- Maintain warehouse discipline, hygiene, and process compliance
- Reduce damages, pilferage, and operational inefficiencies
- Track operational metrics and improve turnaround times
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff and vendors
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, building materials, or consumer businesses preferred
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Comfortable handling fast-paced operations
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse processes
- Team handling experience is a plus
